All the more frustrating as I work in a virtual-office where all IT related accounts are, well, for my account.

I work with a futurist stratagy consulting group called TomorrowToday ... well, actually, I prostitute myself with them. No formal job description. But my background is in theology, psychology, teaching, HR and workshopping.
